Be sure to assume an pseudononymous handle, i.e., member ID or user name, so that your privacy is assured. Never sign up with an online personals company that doesn’t provide anonymous email services! RecycledLives Inc. or .com will never provide or exchange information between members. Privacy is paramount.
Use an e-mail address or cell phone number as an initial means of contact. Do not give out your home phone number, home address, work phone number or work address.
If you're planning on meeting someone, tell at least two people where you're going, the person's name, their general description, and your expected time home.
Always meet someone in a neutral location. Never have them come to your home or place of work to pick you up.

Notes: If you do not have a photo please feel free to utilize our alternative picture gallery to upload for your default photo, that best describes character and who you are or want to portray while of course maintaining a sense of maturuity and/or discretion.
You may have as default picture in your profile to and at your leisure or timely manner upload a picture for your private gallery if you so choose.

Upload the scanned image and wait for a reply from RecycledLives.com administrator. The approval message will arrive in the form of a IM (instant message) or email.

If you've paid successfully through PayPal, you will be able to access your control panel instantly and once you confirm your email address you should be able to login to the system. However sometimes due to browser and cookies issues/setup you may not be able to login to system without admin intervention. Please email webmaster@recycledlives.com your Paypal payment proof.

Memebers such as you will be sent a verify email to the email address you used to register on Recycledlives.com. Depending on how your settings are, the verifying email may go into your bulk file/junk email. All you need to do is click on change not to junk email and click on the link that is in the body of the message and it will automatically verify! Go to recycledlives.com and log in.

You may have a firewall which is impeding the transmission or a pop-up blocker on your tool bar. Click on the pop-up blocker and temporarily allow pop-ups. Then you have access to all aspect of private messages etc.

9. Profile fields - For best functional use of site, we require you to answer all fields correctly.
Example, the city field should only contain your city and no other text. Any other text will prevent your profile from being pulled up in the search results should someone do a search for your city or zip code.

This email asks you to click on a link to confirm your email address which is a way of verifying that you are the person making the transaction, not someone impersonating you from another computer. However, please be aware that you need go no further than this. Paypal would like you to take up further options - to sign up for "Expanded use" for example - but this isn't necessary unless you're intending to become a PayPal "Power User". PLEASE NOTE that these extra communications are strictly between yourself and PayPal - always read the small print. RecycledLives Inc. is only involved up to the point you make your payment and we do not see or initiate these extra communications in any way.

50. How do I know my order has been processed?
The PayPal website will indicate that your transaction concluded satisfactorily and you will receive a separate email from PayPal confirming the transaction. You can, if you wish, double-check that things are OK via your PayPal account profile which is accessed from the PayPal main page. This will show the payment you have just made. Please remember that all transactions are private between yourself and PayPal. RecycledLives Inc. is only informed that a transaction has taken place and are not privy to your credit card or PayPal account details.

51. My internet link went down during the registration process. Will my order have gone through?
Unless you have clicked the final button to confirm your payment, then the transaction will not have been completed and your credit card will not have been debited. It's the nature of the internet that drop out occur and unfortunately these are outside the control of either RecycledLives Inc or.com or PayPal. However, nothing has been lost, apart from a little time, and we can only suggest you try again. If you are at all worried about being charged twice, please feel free to check your PayPal account profile as described in the question above.

52. Can I pay offline for your Benefit Program packages?
Yes you can. You may purchase an offline pay option which will solely be for the Benefit member program only, and allow you to pay either by bankdraft or money order only. Please note that this option will take more time than the usual delay. Once your payment has received by RecycledLives Inc., it will be credited to your membership benefit. It will take 5-10 business days till your payment is fully verified and deposited. Only then RecycledLives.com will release your approved profile at the date of the payment was verified. Your PayPal account can be closed or left open, it's up to you. PayPal is separate to RecyledLives.com, your account is with them and we never see those details. You can use your PayPal account for many other purposes, eg: bidding on auction sites such as Ebay, and there are advantages to you in leaving it open but the choice is entirely up to you the member.

58. My account won't allow me to login
If you have completed the registration process, and have received a welcome email from RecycledLives.com and you cannot login, please follow these steps before contacting our support team.
1. Please make sure your username and password are correct, and typed in correctly (yes it is CASE-SENSITIVE!)
2. If you have forgotten your password, please use our "Forgotten Password" feature to re-send another to your profile email address. If you have forgotten your username, please email us at support@recycledlives.com with your full name and registered email address.
3. If you have logged into the site previously, and are experiencing problems, you may need to clear your computers' cache and temporary Internet files. Open your web browser and find "Tools" in the upper left corner, choose "Internet Options" then, under the "general" tab. In the middle of this dialog box, choose "delete files". A smaller dialog box will appear asking to delete all offline content, check the box and click "Ok". At the first dialog box, please click "apply", then "Ok" This process will take some time. When it is finished, please re-try to log into your account. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at support@recycledlives.com

65. What is the Offline pay option?
Offline pay option will solely be for the Benefit member program only, and allow you to pay either by bankdraft or money order only. Please note that this option will take more time than the usual delay. Once your payment has received by RecycledLives Inc., it will be credited to your membership benefit. It will take 5-10 business days till your payment is fully verified and deposited. Only then RecycledLives.com will release your approved profile at the date of the payment was verified. So you can access and enjoy ALL the aspects of Recycledlives.com and start to renew, rebuild, and relive your life the way you want.
